10,000 fans of music and craft beer came together at San Diego's picturesque Waterfront Park for the sold-out 4th annual 91X Presents BeerX last Saturday, June 23. The day-long festival featured music performances from San Diego's own Slightly Stoopid (as part of their "School's Out For Summer Tour"), along with Stick Figure, Pepper, Fishbone (classic lineup), Ethan Tucker Band, Marujah and Band Of Gringos. 91X Presents BeerX also included complimentary craft beer tastings with over 150 craft beers from top breweries in Southern California and beyond (until 4:00 PM for those 21 and up), along with food and craft beer pairing demos by Sycuan Casino.

Hometown heroes Slightly Stoopid closed out the show with a career-spanning performance and were joined by special guest Chali 2Na (Jurassic 5) for their current single "Higher Now." The band also welcomed reggae legend Don Carlos as well as members of Pepper and Stick Figure to the stage later in the set.

Some of the craft beer highlights at 91X Presents BeerX included: Abnormal Beer Co.'s Hopsalada (IPA) and The Regal Collab (hazy IPA); Avery Brewing Co.'s Bug Zapper (sour ale with lime zest, ginger & mint), Raspberry Sour (barrel-aged sour) and Vanilla Bean Stout (bourbon barrel-aged stout); Burgeon Beer Co.'s Blue Steel (New England pale ale) and Treevana (American IPA); Stone Brewing's Enjoy By 07.04.18 (unfiltered IPA), The Skedaddler (IPA), and White Geist Berliner Weisse; Thr3e Punk Ales Brewing Co.'s Kill the Pour (IPA) and Needle in the Hey! (IPA); and Three Weavers Brewing Company's Expatriate (IPA) and Seafarer (Kölsch).
