2nd Annual LAS RAGEOUS
Wraps With 20,000 In Attendance
At Two-Day Festival In Downtown Las Vegas
With Performances From A Perfect Circle, Five Finger Death Punch,
Judas Priest, A Day To Remember & More

Sin City's premier rock and metal music festival Las Rageous wrapped with 20,000 in attendance over the weekend of Friday, April 20 and Saturday, April 21. For the second year in a row, music fans from all over the world journeyed to Las Vegas for the rare experience of seeing huge names perform on intimate stages. The outdoor location right in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas featured performances by A Perfect Circle, Five Finger Death Punch, Judas Priest, A Day To Remember, and many more.

This year's highlights included brand new music from Clutch, who debuted their track "Gimme The Keys" live at the festival, DED vocalist Joe Cotela joining In This Moment to perform vocals on "Black Wedding," and a few surprises from Judas Priest. Kicking off "Hell Bent For Leather," Judas Priest's Rob Halford made a grand entrance riding his motorcycle onto the stage, and the band's longtime guitarist Glenn Tipton, who has been sitting out the band's current live performances for health reasons, joined his bandmates for their energetic encore.

Derek Stevens, owner and CEO of the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, said, "I was thrilled to see the outstanding local support we had for this year's Las Rageous. We had a full house and there was no better feeling than knowing that so many of our attendees came from our great city. The energy in venue was through the roof as fans rushed center stage to see their favorite bands give unforgettable performances."

Kurt Melien, president of Live Nation Las Vegas, added, "The second annual Las Rageous festival exceeded our wildest expectations! We're so excited to get to work on 2019!"

Here is what some of the press had to say about this year's Las Rageous:

"…the understated intermingled with the overblown, with A Perfect Circle delivering a rapt performance of elegant, enveloping alt-rock Friday; blustery metallers In This Moment providing a feminine touch — or gut punch, rather — Saturday as Las Rageous drew…the biggest [crowd] in the venue's young history."

Las Vegas Review-Journal, April 24, 2018

"Las Rageous covered nearly all spectrums of rock…With vast options of adult beverages, food village that included Greek food, a staff that was on point and friendly both in the front of the house and the back, and all of the downtown Las Vegas vices at your fingertips, it's hard to imagine getting much better."
